Legal Agreement
Last Updated: October 24, 2024
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Client", or "Voyager") and 111111 ("the Publication", "we", or "us"), governing your access to azevedz.shop and all associated editorial content, consultation services, and expedition documentation. By accessing our platform, you confirm your unreserved assent to these Terms.
111111 operates an independent documentary travel journal, providing literary geography dispatches, cultural criticism, and bespoke route consulting. Our recommendations represent contemplative editorial opinions and field observations. We do not operate as an airline carrier, licensed charter fleet, or hotel operator.
Users agree to utilize this site exclusively for lawful, non-commercial research purposes. You agree not to: (a) deploy automated crawlers, scrapers, or extraction algorithms against our editorial databases without express written authorization; (b) disrupt server operations; or (c) transmit fraudulent inquiries through our dispatch consoles.
Where a Client engages 111111 for custom route planning, a bespoke itinerary agreement detailing the project deliverables, research fee, and milestone schedules shall be established. Consultative fees cover research, archival documentation, and curatorial curation; third-party travel supplier charges (lodging, transit) remain payable directly to respective operators.
All essays, monographs, photographs, visual branding elements, illustrations, cartographic prints, and code snippets displayed on azevedz.shop are the exclusive intellectual property of 111111 or its commissioned artists, protected under United States and international copyright conventions. No content may be reproduced or mirrored without express written consent.
Travel through alpine passes, remote rural islands, and rugged wilderness involves intrinsic risks including, but not limited to, adverse weather, altitude sickness, physical exertion, and limited medical infrastructure. Voyagers act entirely on their own recognizance and are urged to verify trail statuses with local mountain rescue authorities.
All materials and information published on this site are presented on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. 111111 disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular expedition purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US law, in no event shall 111111, its editors, directors, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, or reliance upon, information presented in our travel articles or itinerary documents.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 111111 and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, and damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of third-party rights.
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in federal or state courts situated therein.
Should any clause in these Terms be declared void or unenforceable by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire understanding between the parties.
